1.0. Introduction. Welcome to iEvoluion LLC (iEvo).

1.1. Agreement.

The company recommends that you carefully read the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using the iEvo website and any related software, plug-ins or mobile applications made available by iEvo (collectively, the "Website"), however accessed or used, you agree to be bound by these terms (the "Terms of Service" or the "Agreement"). We recommend that you print the Agreement or save it on your computer for reference.

1.2. Separate Privacy Policy.

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you have read and understand, and agree to be bound by, this Agreement and iEvo LLC's Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy"), which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy is available at https://home.ievolutionpro.com/privacy-policy/.

1.3. Separate Associate Application and Agreement and Distributor Policies and Procedures.

This Agreement and the Privacy Policy specifically govern your use of the Website, as defined above. Your distributor relationship, if any, with the Company is and continues to be covered by your Associate Application and Agreement and the Company's Policies and Procedures, as amended (collectively, the "Distributor Agreements"). The Distributor Agreements are incorporated herein by reference. To the extent of any conflict between this Agreement and the Distributor Agreements, the terms of the Distributor Agreements shall govern.

1.4. No Permission Without Agreement.

If you do not understand this Agreement, or do not agree to be bound by this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the Website, and you must immediately cease accessing or using the Website.

1.5. Arbitration and Remedies.

These Terms contain a mandatory arbitration of disputes provision that requires the use of individual arbitration to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions, and also limits the remedies available to you in the event of a dispute. See Section 24 (Dispute Resolution) for complete details.

Privacy Policy.
By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of certain information about you, as specified in the Privacy Policy discussed in Section 1.3 (Separate Privacy Policy). iEvo encourages users of the Website to check the Privacy Policy frequently for changes.

Changes to the Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Internet technology and applicable laws, rules and regulations change frequently. iEvo reserves the right to change this Agreement and its Privacy Policy at any time with notice (including by posting a new version or sending you a change notice). It is your responsibility to review this Agreement and the Privacy Policy periodically. If at any time you find this Agreement or the Privacy Policy unacceptable, you should immediately cease accessing the Website. Unless iEvo obtains your express consent, any revised Privacy Policy will apply only to information collected by iEvo after the revised Privacy Policy becomes effective, and not to information collected under any prior version of the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility.
By accessing and/or using the Website, including by doing so after accessing this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are (1) at least 18 years of age and are legally qualified to enter into and perform contracts under applicable law or (2) between the ages of 13 and 18 and have submitted a signed parental and/or guardian consent form to iEvo.

Corporate Use. If you are using the Website on behalf of a company, you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to act and enter into contracts on behalf of that company.

*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The 2018 Farm Bill authorized the sale of certain hemp products containing cannabidiol (CBD). HEMP meets the basic standards for dietary supplements as described in 21 U.S.C. §§ 321(ff)(1)-(2), but FDA has determined that HEMP does not currently qualify under the federal definition of "dietary supplement" given FDA's Prior Market Clause in 21 U.S.C.§ 321 (ff)(3)(B)(i)(ii). This product is intended for use as a dietary supplement as defined in §§ 321 (ff)(1)-(2). However, we make no warranty regarding the legal status of this product under state or federal law. iEvolution makes no warranty (express or implied) that this product is regulable as a dietary supplement under state or federal law. The use of the term "dietary supplement" to describe this product is for informational purposes. FDA and industry are working together to develop a regulatory model for HEMP-based foods and dietary supplements. *In some cases may test positive for doping.
