iEvolution Pro LLC is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing activities. This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy is established to ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the USA PATRIOT Act, and other applicable international regulations.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, Independent Brand Promoters (IBPs), contractors, partners, and third parties associated with iEvolution Pro LLC.

3. Data Collection & Processing

Money laundering involves disguising the origin of illegally obtained money to make it appear legitimate. It typically consists of three stages:

• Placement - Introducing illicit funds into the financial system.
• Layering - Conducting multiple transactions to obscure the funds' origins.
• Integration - Reintroducing laundered funds into the economy as seemingly legal assets.

4. COMPLIANCE PROGRAM

4.1 AML Officer

iEvolution Pro LLC designates an AML Compliance Officer responsible for:

• Implementing and overseeing AML policies.
• Monitoring transactions and reporting suspicious activity
• Conducting training for employees and IBPs
• Ensuring compliance with federal and international AML laws.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures

To prevent money laundering, iEvolution Pro LLC will verify the identity of customers, distributors (IBPs), and business partners through:

• Government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID).
• Proof of address (utility bill, lease agreement, or bank statement)
• Verification of banking/payment details for large transactions.

4.3 Transaction Monitoring

iEvolution Pro LLC monitors transactions to identify red flags, including:

• Large or suspicious transactions inconsistent with normal business activity.
• Multiple transactions just below reporting thresholds.
• Transactions involving high-risk countries or politically exposed persons (PEPs).
• Unusual payment methods or rapid movement of funds.

4.4 Record-Keeping

All customer and transaction records will be maintained for at least five (5) years, including:

• Customer identification documents.
• Transaction logs and payment records.
• Internal reviews and reports of suspicious activities.

4.5 Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR)

Employees and IBPs must report any suspicious transactions to the AML Compliance Officer, who will determine whether to file a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) with regulatory authorities.

4.6 Training & Awareness

AAll employees and IBPs will receive AML compliance training to recognize and prevent financial crimes.

Training will cover:

• CAML laws and obligations.
• Identifying suspicious activity.
• Internal reporting procedures.

5. PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS

iEvolution Pro LLC strictly prohibits:

• Accepting payments from unknown or unverified sources.
• Engaging in transactions involving sanctioned individuals or entities.
• Using cryptocurrency or anonymous payment methods for high-value transactions.
• Allowing third parties to use IBP accounts for transactions.

6. ENFORCEMENT & PENALTIES

Non-compliance with this AML Policy may result in disciplinary actions, including:

• Termination of contracts with employees or IBPs.
• Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
• Civil or criminal penalties as per U.S. and international AML laws.

7. REVIEW & UPDATES

This AML Policy will be reviewed annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in regulations and business operations.
