iEvolution and iEvolution Pro, LLC, makes no guarantees or promises regarding an Independent Brand Partner’s (IBP) income or earnings potential. The success of an IBP is wholly dependent on individual effort, dedication, and skills, along with the time they dedicate to their business and sales abilities.
Understanding and Agreement: It is important to understand that income derived as an IBP for iEvolution is derived primarily from the sale of products to end consumers. Your success is dependent on your sales abilities and the sales abilities of those in your downline.
Income Disclosure Statement: Before entering into the IBP Agreement, each affiliate acknowledges they have received and understood the iEvolution Income Disclosure Statement. This statement provides an honest representation of the income an average IBP might expect and does not include expenses incurred in the promotion of their business.
No Guaranteed Income: iEvolution does not guarantee any level of income or your success. The iEvolution Rewards Plan should be presented in its entirety, emphasizing that sales to end consumers are required to receive compensation in the form of bonuses on downline volume.
Unauthorized Claims: IBPs are prohibited from making any claims beyond what is stated in official iEvolution literature, labels, and the iEvolution corporate website. This includes making any claims that iEvolution products can cure, treat, diagnose, mitigate, or prevent any diseases.
Individual Responsibility: As an Independent Contractor, an IBP's income is subject to individual income tax. It is the sole responsibility of the IBP to account for such income on their individual tax returns.
Termination Consequences: In the event that an IBP's business becomes inactive, or if it is canceled or terminated, the IBP understands that they will permanently lose all rights to commissions, bonuses, or other income resulting from the activities of their downline sales organization.
Company Changes: iEvolution reserves the right to cease business operations, dissolve as a business entity, or terminate the distribution of its products and/or services. If this happens, the earning potential of an IBP may be affected.
